HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN WE BOOK OUR WEDDING?

Sooner is always better! We are happy to check availability for the date you have in mind, give us a call at 262-842-2000.

DO YOU HAVE A SITE FEE FOR WEDDING CEREMONIES AT YOUR VENUE?

Yes, we do have a site fee for Wedding Ceremonies. The following are included in your site fee; chairs, china, flatware, glassware, linens, tables, set up, clean up, and event planning.

WHAT’S THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF YOUR VENUE

We can accommodate anywhere from 2 to 225 wedding guests at The Stella Hotel & Ballroom. We have 3 different wedding event spaces on property. More information is available on our Wedding Venues page.

HOW LONG BEFORE THE EVENT CAN WE ACCESS THE SPACE TO SET UP?

Set-up time will be discussed during the booking process and will be based on prior day’s events, and venue availability.

DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF PREFERRED VENDORS?

Yes! Reach out to your Stella Wedding Coordinator to see the list of vendors we strongly recommend as options for your wedding.

DO YOU OFFER ADDITIONAL EVENTS BESIDES THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION?

Yes! We have a variety of options for Reahearsal Dinners, Wedding Brunches, Bridal Showers, Cocktail Hours, and more that can be held in one of our event spaces in the hotel.
